This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for therapists who subscribe to our platform. By subscribing to CleanMassage, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Subscription Fees
- All subscription fees paid by therapists to access CleanMassage’s platform are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in this policy.
- Therapists are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements and understand the features of their subscription before payment.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Platform Access Issues: If the therapist is unable to access the platform or use its features due to technical issues caused by CleanMassage.
- Duplicate Payments: If a subscription payment was charged multiple times due to a system error.
- Subscription Error: If a subscription was activated in error and the therapist contacts support within 7 days of the payment date.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@cleanmassage.com with detailed information about the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the therapist chooses to cancel their subscription partway through the billing cycle.
- If the therapist fails to utilize the platform’s features or does not receive bookings due to personal reasons or lack of activity.
- If the therapist’s account is terminated due to violations of CleanMassage’s terms and conditions.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Therapists can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. However, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
5. Refund Process
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
